| Investigation at the Spanish Military Hospital |

Saturday night Austin and I headed to the Spanish Military Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida to experience its haunts.
Me Saturday night in hospital:
I've been investigating there since early 2000's. And it's easily one of the more active places I've encountered. You've probably heard me talk about it if you keep up with my paranormal stuff over the years.
This pretty much sums up the night:
Ghost Hunting, Mediums And "Darkness".. Oh my!
Activity in the hospital over the years is doors opening and closing, objects moving (sometimes being thrown towards people), beds moving, etc.
The hospital itself was pretty non-active this night though. Maybe because of all the people that were there. I've went in with TV crews and radio crews and stuff before, and when there's alot of people, there's not much activity compared to usual (or it's just harder to concentrate and investigate). Once the people lessen though, activity sometimes gets better. Like once, we had a radio crew there and nothing happened all night, but once the radio crew went outside and were about to leave, and it was just myself and another member in the hospital alone.. things started happening. A door started unlatching/latching on its own, etc.
Despite the hospital being "dead" though, the night still turned out interesting. There was this girl there (living), and later on in the night it was discovered that there was something negative with her. Something she brought with her.
This "thing" was talking through her. And a couple times her face turned completely black. Like darkness just engulfed it. You could see her hair. And could see her shoulders. And could see the faces of the people around her. But her face was just dark, blackness. Total black. I was right on the other side of the table form her. Even with a flashlight on her, her face was dark. And what could be seen, just wasn't "her". Hard to explain what it looked like. A rotting corpse/head? It wasn't good.
At one point her eyes were glowing. It only happened once. It's like how, when you look at a cat in the dark, their eyes "glow" the reflecting light. Only this was different. It was like the light was coming from her eyes, not reflecting. Austin saw this as well. Which I didn't know till later on when we got home, I mentioned about her eyes and Austin was "Oh my gosh! You saw that too!?". That was pretty weird. A pitch black face looking at you with glowing eyes...
Now, I'm a skeptical person. A "skeptical believer" I guess. I've encountered odd things before (and encountered "possession" cases before). But still, I'm always skeptical first, not jumping at everything going "Oh my gosh!". heh. If it had just been her talking weird, I'd of thought maybe she was a bit crazy. I'd still be open to the possibility that something paranormal was going on, but not discount her own mental state. But when her face started doing all that, I can't explain that. Very weird. Made me think of an old case I did (and posted audio from which you may have heard before).
Never know what will happen on cases...
I'll be back in St. Augustine this weekend again.. and then the weekend after that probably be investigating an old Timiquan Preserve.
